Assembly and testing before shipment
Machines are assembled and checked before packing. For a complete extrusion project, the factory preparation may include the mixer, conveyor, extruder, air conveyor, oven or dryer, seasoning equipment, finished-product conveyor and packaging support.
Testing and project review help confirm the mechanical operation, electrical cabinet configuration and connection between line sections. Buyers can request relevant workshop photos or videos during project preparation.

Before preparing a production-line proposal, ZEKO normally needs:

Reference production time is approximately 25-30 days after the initial payment for a complete line and 15-20 days for a single machine. Actual timing depends on the confirmed configuration and customization scope.
Export preparation may include machine packing, container-loading coordination, spare parts preparation and shipment documentation support. Installation and training arrangements are confirmed according to the destination and project scope.
