Breakfast Cereal Production Line
A continuous extrusion line for cereal rings, balls and other expanded breakfast products. The system combines formula preparation, twin-screw cooking, shaping, drying and optional coating around the required cereal texture and finished-product density.

The extruder establishes the main output range. Drying, coating, milling, cooling and packing equipment must be sized around the same product load.

Which breakfast cereals can the line make?
The line can be configured for rings, balls and other expanded cereal shapes made from corn, rice, wheat or blended cereal flours.
Can the line include sugar or flavor coating?

What are the reference capacities?
