Microwave output cannot be calculated from power alone. Material thickness, bulk density, initial and final moisture, loading depth, temperature limit and processing purpose must be tested or confirmed.

Which continuous microwave power options are available?

The reference equipment schedule covers systems from 5 kW to 100 kW, with typical belt widths of 500 mm, 750 mm or 1,200 mm. Final chamber size and power are customized for the material.

Does the 30 kW reference mean a fixed output?

No. Microwave power is only one input. Output depends on the material, loading depth, initial and final moisture, temperature limit and required function.

What is the reference microwave frequency?

The current reference configuration uses 2450 MHz with a tolerance of plus or minus 50 MHz.

What belt and control system are used?

The reference continuous system uses a PTFE conveyor belt, adjustable speed and PLC control.

Why does the system use water cooling?

The reference microwave system uses a water-cooling circuit for relevant microwave components. Final cooling requirements are confirmed in the design.

Can the same machine dry and sterilize?

A system may support both functions for suitable materials, but processing conditions and results must be confirmed through material requirements or testing.

Is vacuum microwave drying the same machine?

No. Vacuum microwave equipment is a separate customized system and should be evaluated independently from a continuous tunnel dryer.
